Welcome to TAAHN! My name is Professor Jeffrey R. Pierce. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist/Instructor and I am also a Psychotherapist. I have worked from 1974 to 1979 at Michigan Community Mental Health. I have worked from 1974 to 1979 with Ypsilanti Regional Psychiatric Hospital. I have worked many years as a counselor in many different areas. I specialize in alleged alien abductees, and I have seen over the years how they were treated by mental health peers. They were either placed in Ypsilanti Regional Psychiatric Hospital or treated as an out-patient through a county mental health facility and put on drugs to treat the symptoms instead of finding the source of the problem which was the abduction.
Study done by Alfred A. Barrios Ph.D. shows the recovery rates of each of these treatments:
Hypnotherapy: 93% Recovery rate after 6 sessions
Psychotherapy/analysis: 38% Recovery rate after 600 sessions
Behavior Therapy: 72% Recovery rate after 22 sessions
I have watched alleged alien abductees get taken to probate court and become a ward of the state under the mental health code, which ruled them either mentally ill or mentally unstable and delusional because there was no classification or category for this to fit into so they were diagnosed with many different types of mental illness. In all honesty, this made me sick. This is why I am in private practice to help these people because I believe in alien abductees and UFO's. The reason I believe in UFO's is because I have had too many family members and friends that either do or have worked for the FBI, The Secret Service, The United States Navy, and Army Intelligence. Most of all, as a Hypnotherapist and a counselor, I have dealt with many alleged alien abductees and those that were not, still needed my help as a therapist, and those that were needed my help as a therapist. We have our own investigators that I have trained personally, and also they have the background of being former police officers and or private investigators. I have been trained as an investigator by the Department of Justice and this training is what I pass on to them along with my expertise in dealing with many different areas pertaining to alien races and investigating cattle mutulations.
